How to delete Call Log

    How can I delete the call logs?

    Logs you meen the files or the database entries?


    You can configure the files in 3cxsystem.ini

    The outgoing call log report

    Can't unless you go into the database and to it there.

    Workaround:

    Backup database, excluding the call logs and reports.
    Uninstall 3cx
    Remove the installation dir
    Re-install 3CX
    Restore DB.

    Will give you a clean install, without the call logs.

    Is there another way? Like SQL editor?

    Sure, but I am not that brave :).

    The work arround is the fastest, and the safest.
