I run a 3cx system with multiple venues. I am having a problem with guests calling in and getting a voicemail then hitting 0 to exit out. This then sends the call to the operator. On a weekend when there is no operator it creates quite a problem. I need to be able to disable this so that I can customize where the call goes when the guest presses 0 or just disable it so they cannot exit out of the voicemail box. I know I can create a DR and put it in place of the operator but this requires new recordings and ultimately is a pain because with multiple companies / venues its hard to manipulate where the call goes. Please, any ideas?
