How to exclude internal calls from recording?

    We are using 3CX phone system 12.5 and want to record calls from extension to outside numbers. We do not want to record extension to extension calls. Is there any way to do it?

    As I recall, you couldn't differentiate between inside or outside calls, it was on, or off, for each extension.

    :( I hope 3CX will look in to this in their service packs or updates since its the one of the feature most call centers will be looking to it.

    In many cases , when setting up Queue agents, multi-line/key sets will be used. The extension to be used for the queue is assigned to the primary key, and additional extensions, as needed, assigned to additional keys. The additional extension(s) can be used for consultation, and not set to record, while the queue extension will be recorded.
