How to get CallerID number?

    Hello,

    We've been playing in our lab with different scenarios on Call Flow Designer. One of them is get CallerID from incoming call and check it with a CSV file, but I don't know how to make this action of getting CallerID info. Is there any option or feature for that?

    Hi @VictorSP,

    The caller ID is available in the session.ani variable. Please check it and let us know if you have any questions.
