How to read 3cx call reporter

    Hi

    The function in the call reporter called Queue statistics
    It shows 3 options.
    Recived time
    Answer time
    Abonndond time

    My questions is what those the numbers mean.
    I figuered out the abonnedond time. But what is recived time and answer time?

    Hi again

    The recieving time i guess mens how long people are in the queue before the call is taken.
    But answer time?? Is that the time a customer is calling at a agent before the agents takes the call??

    ´This is what 3CX call repoter says
    Reciving time - 02:33 Answer time - 01:12 Abonandon time - 01:49

    Would that mean that the customer first waits 02:33 in reciving time and the waits 01:12 in answer time?

    Is there no one that can explane me what the diffrent is between Answer time and reciving time?
