How to remove REC tab from 3cx reports -> Call Statistics Report -> Call Logs ?
REC column will always be visible but restrictions can apply on the links listed, admin sees recordings for anyone.
However a user will have restricted access to his own recordings by default, by creating access through extension properties / Options / Allow 3CX Web Reports Access, and not ticking "Can download any recording" below.
Thanks for your reply, The play button shows even after deleted the audio. How to remove play button in the report in-case of audio not available in the server?
How was removed the recording? file delete from explorer ?
Yes deleted from the folder. (c:/program data/3cx/data/recordings/egrecord.wav).
Unfortunately the recording path is stored with the call log in database and therefore deleting file doesn't deletes the record.
Then how to remove it. Is there any other option?
One could delete recording from 3cxphone logged as the said extension, but the outcome is the same in v12.5.
