How to report a bug

    How do we go about reporting a bug to 3cx? Is there a bugzilla interface or similar?

    If you have a support contract then I would contact them directly. If you don't, then depending on the version, you could post the concerns in the appropriate forum. 3CX members do read the forums, if the bug that you've discovered can be replicated by them, I'm sure something will be done to remedy it.
