Our Sip provider (VoIP Unlimited) issues the following type of caller display: +441234567890 , where as it should really be displayed as 01234567890.

The problem we have is that if the call is missed people like to return the call via the missed call log on the phone. This means that the phone redials the missed caller id of +441234567890.

I haven't had any success it getting the 3CX to route the '+' symbol in the dial plan.

Should the 3CX be able to do this ?

    Thanks - Htcomm

To fix that, you can enable e164 number processing, then the numbers with the plus will be processed and converted to numbers that can be dialled by 3CX...

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
