Solved How to set call log retention to > 90 days?

    Where can I set call log (not call recording) retention period?

    I'm on 15.5.5

    The oldest entry I have is 10.27.17. There should be many before that.

    The "Filter Call Logs" forces a date "Range" selection of no more than 90 days even though the Dashboard shows "Purge 2931 calls."

    Hello @kflorian

    in Call Log you can display call records for up to 90 days. If you wish to see call records from that point and on you must generate call reports. In the call report section, add the date or range of dates that you wish to see records for, select one time now as frequency, add name and email and press Schedule Report.
