How to set outgoing caller ID?

    I just seem unable to find it. Without setting the number, in our BOIP provider, no number will show at the end user. I am instead shown no number (number supressed), and this is not what I want.

    This is particularly important because we want customers in different countries to use different DID's - so when we call them, naturally, their "local" DID should show.

    Any way to set this up?
