How to set-up Alert-info header

    I am running 3CX v12 SP3 with 2 Ring Groups (Private and Business) and 4 Yealink T28P phones.
    All phones are member of both Ring Groups.
    I have two VoIP trunks with two phone numbers, one private number and one business number.
    What I trying to accomplish is, when a call comes in through the private number the phones rings different then when a call comes in through the business number.
    When a (external) call comes in, private or business, the Alert-info header always contain “external”. (Alert-info:external)

    Where or how can you change this header info, e.g. when incoming private calls then Alert-info contains “friend” and when incoming business calls the Alert-info contains “external” or something else.
    When will Alert-info contain keywords as “international”, “national”, “local”, “queue” or “ivr”?
