How to upgrade to V9?

    Hi there,

    We have purchased V9 and upgrade insurance, what is the procedure to do the upgrade?

    We have installed V9, restored setting from a v8 backup, and once have done the upgrade from 3CX and reboot, system shows still in V8 version.

    Backup your existing system
    Uninstall the system from your machine
    Install the new version
    During the install, select restore a PBX and choose your backup file

    Hi there,

    I have done it with latest V9 download. thanks.

    But still got another issues:
    1. one of gateway refuse to register...
    2. 3CX phone not able to register via 3CX tunnel

    still trouble shoot on it ... no choice but roll back to V8 for now.
