How to use CTI on different Networks

    I was wondering if anyone new if the following statement was still true.
    • "CTI Mode can only be used on the local LAN where 3CX is installed"
    I would like our users to still be able to dial from their computer, but the computers are on a separate network. This has to be possible somehow. Another person recommended installing the sbc, but that did not seem to solve the issue.

    We are running Version 14

    when phones and the 3CX client in CTI are not in the same network, just keep in mind that the client will try and connect to the phones IP address directly on port 80. So you must all traffic from client net to the phone net!
