How to use IVR and Call Queues ?

    Could you point me how to achieve this in pro version?
    I need simple scenario 1. Voice prompt. 2 music on hold. 3 another voice prompt if bussy. 4 music on hold. 5 another voice prompt with voice mail if selected option to leave message and again from start.

    If i try to do this with Call Queues it says that no agents are available but ip phones are working. Does the Call Queues work only with soft phones?

    I use google cloud and remotely connected ip phones. May be that is a problem?

    After adding the extensions into the queue, you need to make sure there are logged into the queue

    Goto Extensions, highlight the phone and click on 'Status' - Change Queue status to loggedin
