    Hi All,

Just to share i have recently got the HTC Touch Cruise to work with our 3CX PAbx.

Needed download this software "destr0_VOIP_WM61___SIP_Config_1.1.CAB" (Sorry couldnt upload the software as the extention is not allowed.)

It came from this website http://handheld.softpedia.com/

Sent the software from my notebook to the HTC via USB(should work over bluetooth too)

Ran the extract program. It then extracted and went through a few wizard based steps. It then installs in your programs section (note it will say it is for 3G etc. Just proceed.)

You then enter your SIP server and extention settings. Make sure you can surf over wifi. Next go to the internet calls settings. Enable that it asks when making calls or when available. Then you are set to make VOIP calls through the 3CX IP PABX.

Unfortunately this does not have stun settings so outside your lan it may not work. I am still looking for a software that does have the stun settings. Anyone out there successful let me know.

    Thanks

    Keith

    Hi Matt,

Sorry it took me so long to answer.

Yes we do get fading sometimes. Havent figured that one out yet.

What we noticed is it happens when the PABX has some new windows patches.... the first effects will be fading of volume of local connected clients, remote connected clients will have no sound at all.

So a quick application of the patches from windows, a restart and all back to normal.

    Hope that is helpful...
