HTek UC924 Latest Firmware "unsupported"

    Just installed 8 new Htek UC924 Phones updated the firmware to latest version from HTek's Website.

    Htek fimware Version 2.0.4.0

    following this guide for locally provisioned phones:

    http://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/htek-uc9-series/

    Running:
    3cx V 15.0.0

    After installing the phones and provisioning them via 3cx. All of the phones are highlighted in red with the following message:

    Htek UC924 Not Supported 2.0.4.0

    Htek does not seem to archive previous firmware versions.

    The phones seem to work fine but I'm unable to change the default ringtones etc.

    You need to upgrade the firmware to the one which is tested by 3CX.
    So you should not go to the htek website and upload the firmware from there (*simply because it has not been sent to us for testing)
    Go to updates and check Htek firmware updates. Apply them all.
    Then go to the phones page, and select your 8 phones and click +firmware button.

    We will contact htek on this and see what is happening.. Probably they made an interim release whilst we were drop dead busy with releases of 3CX.
