http API not working *** solved ***

    Hello,

    we purchased a commercial 3cx version, expecialy to use the http api.
    The problem is when trying to enter an url nothing happens.

    After the licence activation the services have been restared.
    We send a string like: "http://192.168.90.115:5481/make_call.php?extnum=100&vmpin=xxx&to=00436621503"

    Is it necessary to activate the API service ?
    In manual is scarcely anything documentated.

    Someone anyideas :?:
