HTTPS Certificate renewal Failed

    Dear All

    System keep sending error log below, after recently updated our yearly maintenance support.
    Please help.

    HTTPS Certificate renewal Failed - Error:


    IpUpdater.FqdnGenerationException: Can not create FQDN in 600 seconds


    at PostInstall.CertificateHelper.ProcessCertificatesDirectory(String directory, Boolean temporaryCertificateGenerated, CloudServerStatus statuses, Int32 regenerateCertificateExiredInDays, String appBin, UInt16 sipPort, UInt16 tunnelPort)


    at PostInstall.CertificateHelper.RenewCertificates(String appBin, String nginxConfigFolder, String configurationPath)

    In your case was it after a Maintenance renewal as well?

    Try going to Settings --> License and press the "Refresh License Information". After that restart the 3CX Services once and monitor if it happens again.
    Also, is this on Linux or Windows?

    After doing "Refresh License Information" and restarti, it sill happens again.
    My installatiion based on Windows

    Please kindly help, some client can not receive call
