I can not to hang up

    I using by 3CX Client (v.5.1.4) or X-lite (v.3) to internal call, but i can not to hear voicemail menu and hang up, my account always calling/connected , if i using v1.7 client, it's workable
    My 3CX Server (v5) to connect MP-114 also work fine (inbound/oubound call)

    Notebook: Windows XP SP2 (HP nc6220)

    Could you help me what's problem ??

    Please specify the build numbers of the products when posting. There have been at least three different build of the v5.1.4xxx client.

    With that being said, try upgrading both to the latest and greatest and see if the problem still exists.

    My 3CX Client version is 5.1.4393.0, have any ideas ??

    OK, what about the server version? The 3CX Team updated the presence functionality of both the client and server and thus must both be the same version to work. Please provide as many details as possible. What about the server logs? Please post those. They provide very good information in diagnosing problems.
