I cannot find REPORTS.

    Can someone PLEASE tell me where reports are accessed from.
    In Detail. ie Left hand pane, then click etc OR from Menu item XYZ then click.

    Sorry to be a pain but I just cannot find them.

    PAID support have no idea how to explain it to me AFTER A FEW TICKET ATTEMPTS BY ME.
    Told me "http://localhost:5000/MainForm.wgx" which is just the Management Console.

    For reports go to http://<servername or IP>:5000/reports

    BUT. Please assume correctly that I am a complete idiot. Thank you.

    I am logged into the PC that has 3CX installed.

    PLEASE explain IN DETAIL how I can get onto reports.

    http://<servername or IP>:5000/reports whereby is "<servername or IP>:5000" replaced by "localhost:5000" gives me nought.

    http://127.0.0.1:5000/reports -> if you are trying to open on the machine were 3cx is installed. Also try with other browser if you are using IE, eg. firefox

    Correct answer is...

    "for version 10 you need to open the 3CX Log reporter to obtain this.
    This can be done by going to the 3CX machine and from the start -> programs -> 3CX phone system , select '3CX Log reporter'"

    Heck nobody asked what version I had. The other answers may work for V11?

    yes, our answers are for v11, on v10 only with 3cx log reporter which is located on the server where 3cx phone system is insetalled

    Unless you tell us what version you are running, we assume v11 as that is the latest stable release. We are not mind readers...
