I can't longer access the management page

    When i insert the credentials, it gives me authentication error but i haven't changed my password.
    How can i solve?

    Is your installation local or is it a cloud installation? PBX express? Do you have a backup available for that installation?

    i have a cloud installation, i haven't got a backup

    Restart the server and if it comes back get a backup

    Contact cloud provider and ask for your virtual machine to be reboot.
