    I am able to recieve calls to my connected Cisco 7912G thru the VOIP.COM service. I am able to call into the Vmail and any other extensions.

    But when I attempt to dial out I get a message from what i assume is VOIP.COM's service saying "The number you have dialed {pause}. Can not be reached at this time."
    *** {pause} i assume is where it would read the number I am dialing..

    To me it sounds like 3CX is not passing the #? Is anyone familiar with this problem or have any idea what I might do to fix? Thank you very much in advance.

    Look at the 3CX logs for more information.
    You may need to change the logging to verbose and then restart the 3CX services to get more information if needed.
    Post the logs here of the failed call so we can have a look and offer suggestions.

    I have no idea how to make logs more verbose. Any tips? Anyway like i said the error doesnt seem to happen in 3cx i was hoping someone using voip.com could help as they will not. Like i said it connects to voip.com server just says invalid # dialed.

    I thought maybe was extra config i needed for dialing out.

    Log i do have and yes its set to use 9 to dial out (Xxx's = #)

    I see the first line complains about the device identity but according to voip.com they dont care what you connect with. Why does everything complain about this agent?;
