    Hello

    I have a problem with outbound calls.

    sip server is iinetphone.iinet.net.au
    sip proxy is sip.wa.iinet.net.au

    Are you sure that 0418869999 is a valid number, and is in a valid format (prefix, number of digits), for your particular provider. It appears they don't like something about it.
