The problem - I like the Auto Switch Status for many of my customers. However, if they are part of a Queue or Ring Group, and they go on vacation, they get logged into the Queues and Ring Groups at the next business day. The solution - If one or both of the custom statuses were programmed to ignore the Auto Switch Status, that would solve the problem. We could name the second custom status (DND type) to Vacation. When they leave for vacation, they set their status to vacation and they would remain in that status until they change it back to one of the three builtin. As long as it is in Vacation status, the Auto Switch Status would be ignored.
