Identifing Calls based on Number called

I want to be able to Identify a call based on the inbound number that is called.

For example:

All calls to 12345 should have the CLI/Display Name on the SIP phone set to "ABCDE" irrespective of the person calling.

All calls to 54321 should have the CLI/Display Name on the SIP phone set to "WXYZ" irrespective of the person calling.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
 
I have found the configuration myself.

Under General Settings -> Global Options

There is an option to append Group and DID name to Caller ID

You can Append or Prepend
 
Yes good

This applies for all the groups that have a name

Queues, DID and ring groups.

TIP =

If you have a did that forwards to a queue you will see something like this - CALLER ID : DID NAME : QUEUENAME or vice versa depending on how append / prepend is configured.
