Identifying IVR Path

    I'm curious if there is a way to display/determine which option the caller selected from the IVR? I have a couple of different IVR selections that are transferred to my extension and would love to be able to determine the path the caller took to get to me. I'm using the most current version and Grandstream GXP-2000 phones.

    If this is not a current feature, I'd love to toss this one into the enhancement box!

    Yep, Could see the benefit of such a feature, don't think its possible at present though.

    Good point, on top of that would be nice to have a Call flow diagram of the IVR eg what the options are.

    With your request on following the caller through the system, perhaps that is in the call log or IVR log.

    The system responses to the DTMF from the customer, for sure that is logged somewhere.
