    The 3CX Phone allow the settings of an auto away (from accounts, advanced and if set up in extension Office Hours Scheduling automatically the extension log off from queues). In this way customers calls do not ring on extension that are not available and the colleagues know the status of everybody.

    There are two problems:

    a) If in the morning the user is not in the office and don't logon on pc the 3cx never changes the status to away. So also if the person is not in office is showed as available.

    b) The settings could not be managed centrally

    These are very annoying.

    Could you evaluate an improvement (making all the controls server side with some kind of pooling of client or phone activity?).
