    Hi all,
    Wonder if this is possible.
When our users are out-of-the office, they enable theit do-not-disturb.
In 3CX each user has a rule that forwards then the calls to their mobile phone.
    Works for months now.

But what could be even more handy is that it they don't answer their mobile phone, the 3CX takes the call back and forwards it to their voicemail.
The voicemail is then forwarded to their mailbox as an attachment.

I tried already different ways, but didn't manage to make it work.

    Tx in advance
    M

PS: Obvious that the voicemail of their mobile phone (provider) is disabled then. Just the 3CX mailbox would be used.

I believe that once 3CX hands the call off, outside the system, it won't take it back. Have you tried making the mobile (outside) number a part of a ring group that includes an internal extension as well? That way both lines would ring but because the internal line goes unanswered then 3CX could transfer the call on to VM. I recall seeing a post , that i think was on this same topic, a while back. I did a quick search but didn't find it. If I come across it i will post.
