    Hello,

it would be great if you can Export and Import User-Setting as an XML File (Only Settings Data, No User-Data like MAC, ID and Passwords).
The Reason: When you add a lot of Users you need a lot of time.
It's better to setup one USER and Export ALL Settings in a XML File.
With the import Button you can select the XML File.
Than you are being asked which Data you would like to IMPORT.
    Possible Values could be:
    - BLF (the most important thing, because it takes a lot of Time)
    - Voice Mail-Settings
    - Forwarding Rules
    - Phone Provisioning (without MAC Address)
    - Options
    - Rights
    - Integrations

With this Feature we will all have full flexibility.

If this is to much to develop, it would be great, if you could only put under SETTING of 3cx a "BLF-Function List" and save each with a Name.
When you are in the USER-Settings you can select one of the "BLF-Function List" and the Settings will be loaded.

This Feature is a must, it's almost worth paying extra for Avaya for this feature alone because it'll cut down the Labour so much!!:p

You can change BLF keys for multiple users by holding ctrl and selecting the extensions then click edit and go to the BLF tab. I just learned this.
