impossible to auto provision Yealink T21 E2

    factory reset of the phone = done
    config of the extension = done

    When pressing Autoprovision Now from the webinterface of the phone two things can happen:

    1) after a while the page refresh and nothing is done
    2) on the phone display appers "redirect - user name" i enter admin as default of the phone or the extension number ... after some try the ip is banned

    no way to autoprovision. please help

    Are you using FQDN or IP address to auto provision? Is the phone in office or remote?

    The phone is in remote and I am using IP... now, after one night the phone appears registered and works however online appears as: UNPROVISIONED

    How did you provision the phone? Did you use RPS, copied the provisioning link into the phone or did you manually provision the phone?
