Hello

I'm using the latest 3CX and I make it my mission to add every of my customer to my address book in the PBX.

But .. I'm frustrated because they're not always used to help me. For exemple when I receive an email about lost queue call ... I get :

Lost Call in Queue Support (802) from Caller ID 06785XXXXX ... but .. I dont see the name of the person if even they're in my company PBX's contacts

Sometimes in the call history.. same story.. :(

It would be nice to see an improvement here because it is crucial and helps for a great customer relationship :)
