This just means that your phone is not sending DTMF using inband, It tries to send DTMF using RTP(RFC 2833) . If you wish to change this, you just have to configure your phone/extension to use inband (if it supports it - because some phone only support RTP or SIP info)

It is not really switched off. Its just not using that method.

I too am having the same problem when we call in from a cell phone.
Here is the message from the server logs. Most of our clients will come
into the system thru cell phones or blackberry's. How can we fix this issue
sence we can't change settings on mobile phones??? Everything works fine
comming to our provider but when we put the 3CX in the middle the
    problems begin.

We can't get into the voice mail system & we can't get to any of the
extensions from the outside (the normal callers come in) The system
tells us some type of IVR problem & then disconnects.

    Thanks

When you call into the system it plays the greeting & when you press
1 to transfer to ext 100 the system tells you their is a IVR problem.
Also when I dial the 999 I receive the same error message.

    Still having the same problem.
When I call into the system the system it tells me error in IVR
session & then hangs up. Calls in & out are fine but two of the
grandstreams don't ring now. I will do another factory reset to
see if that clears things up. :x
