In Call Announcement of Recording?

    Hi all, I have a client that has a 3CX for quite sometime and today was on a call and apparently in the middle of a call a recording came on and said the call is now being recorded and then a beep.

    They record all their calls for QA and use the listen/barge but have never heard of this. I can't find anyway that the 3cx would have done this but thought i would ask..

    Hello @benf

    Indeed this is strange as the PBX will not do that. Is there a chance that this came from the other end of the call? It would be interesting to have a packet capture of the call to actually see from where this came from.
