In Call Announcement of Recording?

    Hi all, I have a client that has a 3CX for quite sometime and today was on a call and apparently in the middle of a call a recording came on and said the call is now being recorded and then a beep.

    They record all their calls for QA and use the listen/barge but have never heard of this. I can't find anyway that the 3cx would have done this but thought i would ask..

    Hello @tmvngocdung42

    Please note that the 3CX phone system does not include a prompt like the one you are describing and even if a recording is initiated during a call there is no prompt played, so i do not believe that the origin of the prompt was the 3CX phone system.
