Inbound call asks for pin. Is this possible with 3CX V7?

    Hello,

    is the following scenario in any way possible?

    3CX receives call and prompts with a digital menu.

    1. Please enter your 5 digit customer ID and press #
    2. Please enter the 4 digit Agent extension you wish to call and press #


    The caller must enter a 5 digit code which he gets from my website and wich is stored in a mysql database.
    3cx must lookup the number to find the customer and only allows step2 if found.
    After step 2, the customer gets routed to the entered extension.

    Questions:
    1. is this scenario possible?
    2. is 3cx capable of using any kind of database lookup during menu conversations?

    This is not possible with 3CX, sorry.
