inbound call terminated after 40 sec

    Hi!


    we use a linux based asterix PBX to make calls... we want to make a trial with 3cx free edition, everything was fine, only one errror that i could not to solve:

    inbound call from my Voip provider after 40 sec terminetated, and ACK is not receiving in the logs.....

    what sould i try, to solve this error?

    Welcome to 3CX
    Please tell me more information about your device and network
    most propably it's firewall or nat
    try to close firewall

    Cisco router
    linksys voip router
    computer with xp and 3cx
    2 linksys spa921 telephone
    1 analog phone via the linksys router
    1 porttech mv-370 voip-gsm gateway

    all other call is fine.... so if i call out via my Voip provider, than I can speak (I had some call more than 8 minutes without problem)
    but if someone call me about 40 sec and the call terminated.... I saw the log file and there was: ACK is not received, and call terminated...

    so try with only one router, or should I turn off the firewall You think?

    in test time it's better to turn off firewall
    also use one router minimize nat issues

    What is your voip provider

    can you post the log on the 3CX admin page - think i had the same problem as you but i need to see the log inorder to help you out.
