Inbound Caller Can not be heard

    configured an Inbound route for FlowRoute and was able to get the phone to ring, the Inbound caller could hear the person on the 3CX side, but the 3CX side phone could not hear the inbound caller.

    I have attached screen shots of the setup

    I also setup an outbound rule screen shot attached

    Outbound call rings outside phone, pick up outside phone, sound both directions

    What should I look for to fix the problem, could it be a router issue

    It could very well be a port issue, perhaps a forwarding issue in the router. Check the 3CX Server Log for one of these calls. Post it, if there is no obvious error.

    Does the 3CX Firewall Checker pass completely?
