Inbound caller's cid not displayed

    My 3cx client only displays the phone number of the external caller but it doesn't display the caller id. Is this a feature that isn't included in the free version? I'm connecting 3cx straight to ViaTalk(a voip), and i'm only using generic settings for the provider configuration page.

    heres a sample call log:
