Inbound calls not answer

    Hi

    We are unable to except inbound calls, get the following error message.

    using Grandsteam gateway if this makes any differance.

    13:40:38.890 Endpoint::findSource Can not find source by following specs: From: 'unknown'; To: '528301'; Rline: '528301'; Contact: '10001'

    Hand a look at the following post but not make any differance.

    Hi

    Have got this working now, I need to add the internal number to the Grandstream gateway and not the external line numbers.


    13:54:58.343 CallConf::Rejected Call (C:2) is rejected: Destination is not answering
    13:54:58.343 StratInOut::eek:nCancel Call from Ln:10001@GW-8 to 1000 has been terminated; reason:
    13:54:43.265 CallConf::eek:nIncoming Incoming call from Ln:10001@GW-8 to sip:10001@192.168.19.62

    Howerver the CLI is displayed as unknow number how can i fix this?

    Hi,

    Check that the grandstream is capable of passing caller ID to the system, also check the VOIP provider passes this data and that the inbound calling number is not witheld

    Is the call actually coming in though and can you answer it? Because from the log it seems there is still an error. With CLI do you mean the caller ID of the caller on the actual SIP phone?

    Hi Nick

    Yes, the call comes in and I can answer the call no problem; but the Caller ID is not displayed ie the incoming telephone is not displayed on the handset.

    The inbound calling number is not witheld.
