Inbound calls not coming to 3CX phone extension

Hi,

I have a DMG1000 set up with the 3CX server v8. Outbound calls work, but inbound calls are not getting through. I have not enabled authentication in both directions. On the Dialogic box, I see:

I am not sure what the issue is as there are no visible errors.

Update.

I created an authentication entry on the DMG1000 and the inbound calls are now working. Apparently, although I specificed no authentication is necessary, it does not seem to want to work that way. :(
 
can you post a trace of after you added the auth. it looks like its trying to send a call to anonymous which ofcourse the pbx will not understand where that is.
 
Did you ever get the DMG1000 to work properly?
If so...can you help me please?
I have one too, and all I managed to do was get the green lights to work...

;-( I am soooooo frustrated! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
