Hi @YiannisH_3CX

According to this Article,

we can't find this section in our admin panel, and we have the same problem.
please help to solve it.

Error Log Message from 3cx:
Registration at Skype has failed. Destination (sip:********) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.
 
Hello @Mekaeil Andisheh

Kindly note that the error you get indicates that for some reason, the provider's side cannot be reached.
As a first step what i would recommend is to check if you can resolve from the PBX's network to the FQDN of the provider using nslookup

Are you using your own DNS server or a public one?
