Inbound calls not forwarding to ext. No audio on outbound.

    I'm certain these issues are related but I can not isolate the problem.

    Recently upgraded to 3CX v6.
    SonicWall Firewall, Aastra 55i (firmware 2.2.1.25) handset.

    1) 3CX no longer forwards inbound calls to the extension. Phone is registered and line does ring through to 3CX.

    2) Outbound calls connect but only have audio at external end with no audio at internal handset

    Have gone through recommended phone setup for 55i a number of times, deleted, recreated and re-registered the extension. With no luck.

    It's got to be something really simple that I'm missing :?:
