We have recently moved sites, and literally nothing has changed besides the location. IP's are all static to our PBX. We are able to make outbound calls that show proper DID's and even receive inbound calls to the proper DID's but are having problems of 3CX parsing the calls through to either a: the auto attendant to decide where to send that call b: just letting it ring out to pass to management ring group c: just passing the call to any available agent regardless of any "groups".... We know that it isnt connectivity issues because the calls are reaching the status registration page and showing the calls coming into the PBX but they dont actually get processed through the 3CX server activity log....Does anyone have any suggestions as to what would be causing this???

The 3CX activity log (you might have to use Verbose mode, but probably not), should show why the call isn't going anywhere. Post the log of a "failed" call if the reason isn't obvious.
