Hello,
I have 3 issues, but most important of them is number 1
1- inbound calls to Digital Receptionist is configured with 8 options.
3 of those options are configured to send inbound calls to ring groups and in each of those ring groups there's one, two or three people but as soon as person presses the option that's associated with the ring group the call drops.
2- Voice mail that's sent to extension doesn't show any notification on 3CX client. is this by design ?
3- I would like to know if 3CX can still control a call which is not answered and forwarded to a person's mobile phone?
