inbound/DID/CID

    prior to V15 the setup of DID for inbound was simple and easy, I set up heaps of them no probs, but now it doesnt make sense and even if you follow the instructions it doesnt work.

    so after I set it up a DID/CID I get "user busy" to caller and in log it says "disabled by forwarding rule" but dont have any as is going to an IVR not an extension, puling my hair out on such a simple thing isnt "zero admin" in my books....

    trying a different way, I cant get the DID/CID I setup to appear in the drop down on the IVR menu

    surely making this so complex that it cant be done by someone who has done this before in V14 (and back to V9) is a step backwards........
