Inbound direct Sip calls not working

    Hi I am currently trying to move from a Trixbox Asterix phone system to 3cx and i am having problems with my inbound SIP Direct calls.

    I have two VoIP providers that I can make outbound calls via with no problems but when I try and route the calls in I am getting errors. I have set up the DDI numbers and then inbound routes but the calls are still being shown as unidentified. Here is an example of the activity log :-

    19:47:13.906 [CM302001]: Authorization system can not identify source of: SipReq: INVITE 02079939706@192.168.7.14:5060 tid=6f796c39 cseq=INVITE contact=07958378450@194.50.55.21 / 102 from(wire)

    I think that there is something I need to do in the source ID part of the VoIP connection but I can not work this out.

    it looks like the DID number is in the "TO: field but I do not know how to map this. The line in the server activity log is :-

    To: <sip:02079939706@192.168.7.14>

    Any help would be greatly apprieciated.
