Inbound Name to Group

    In version 12.5 we could turn this off for Groups and Queues. I am using Cloud v14 SP2, is this not available in this version as I can't find it?

    Hi Max

    Try going to Management console >> Settings >> company phonebook >> you will see a Phonebook options tab, click it that settings is located there in SP2.
