Inbound & Outbound calls failling

    Hi

    I am new to 3CX PBX system. I have install system & setup 3cx Gateway for Skype. I was able to setup gateway successfully. I have only one Skype line, which is master line. Same line is use for inbound & Outbound call. I have setup appropriate rules for both inbound & outbound. I think that rules are working as expected. I am facing following problem

    1. When I dial for outbound call 97033346358 [ 9 is prefix number and 001 is prepend (as per outbound rule)]. Status in my 3cx phone is

    dialing --> Ringing ---> Few time Ring tone at 3cx Phone but no ring at physical phone(7033346358). --> At phone number ( 7033346358) I see my Skype
    phone but immediatly call drop at 3cx phone with "Destination line is busy".

    I try making call using Skype (Directly without PBX), it works well with better quality of voice. What could be the issue? Please help me.

    2. When someone dial my skype phone number 7035318804 from physical phone, I can see incoming caller id on my 3cx phone at perticular extension as per inbound rules. However as soon as I receive call on my 3cx phone, it simply end call or we can say call drop. The message on 3cx phone is "call ended (1sec)". If I use skype directly without PBX system than I can receive call & talk clearly.

    Can you please assist me on this?

    System info...
    MY OS is windows 7 professional, I am not login remortly in my computer. Version of 3cx Phone is 4.0.9530.0 & Version of 3cx Phone System is
    8.0.9532.468 . Version for Skype Gateway is 2.0.9919.0
