Inbound Routing Skype SIP calls into version 11 3cx problem

    got a skype connect profile with 2 numbers. it appears the calls are hitting the 3cx phone system, but not routing to the necessary extensions. just get a busy signal. is there a configuration guide or can somebody point me in the right direction in what i'm doing wrong in getting the inbound calls to route.

    Server: internal, windows 7 Enterprise

    This usually tells you, that you have not "permitted" the "sender". It stops unauthorized direct SIP calls. 3CX is seeing the call coming from an unrecognised IP, or URL, and refuses it.
