    Hi

I want to know if this is possible

The call come in to reception ext 200, if not not answered fowarded to extension 205 - if not answered goes to digital receptionist.

Does extension 205 have voicemail? If so then you may have have an issue. If not, then there should be no reason why it would not work, the only thing is that any call (outside?) to 205 will follow the same call forwarding rule(s), not just those coming from extension 200. You might have to do some testing and tweaking.

I ring group could pretty easily do this via prioritized hunt with an exit option of digital receptionist.

    yes they have voicemail.

internal calls must not route the same way.

    i found a pretty easy way to do it. I created 2 virtual extention ( 500,501 )

i registered 500 on the extention 200 account 2 and 501 on the other extention account 2.

main line goes to 500 if not answered to 501 if not answered goes to digital receptionist.
this way they can have their own voicemail.
